Maintenance....
Maintenance is not exactly what I want to be doing right now. But that is what I am doing because of the poor food choices I have been making. But at least now when I am making those choices I know when to stop and what or what not to eat when we go out. So when we go to McD's I don't get chicken nuggets, fries and a coke, but instead get and Asian grilled chicken salad w\ bottled water~310 calories....Vs. 600 PLUS calories. And I am completly full after that. My portion sizes are so much smaller and I know when to stop when I get satisfied, not full or over full which is a huge accomplishment for me from where I started. But, that fact is that I have eaten out to much over the last 2 to 3 weeks so and that has to stop because I am getting to much sodium in my diet.
Water has been ok, I have been just getting to the minimum between 60-80 ounces a day so that has dropped a little from the 120 ounces that I was drinking.
Next week, I plan to log in here everyday to log in my food, calories and water so that I can keep accountable to what I am doing.
Madelyn stats summer camp at the YMCA after Memorial Day and I have to pick her up every afternoon so, I am going to be getting some good exercises this summer and I am looking forward to that!!!
